Have a think about that. FFS! You can’t be white and successful nowadays without it being some sort of bias or discrimination. Best person for the job. If that means no people of colour, then they simply weren’t good enough. I saw Trevor Philips describe it as ‘black bosses shut out by the Vanilla boys club’ and ‘snowy peaks’. Why does the BBC allow such blatant use of racial innuendos when it comes from someone of colour? It would never be permitted the other way round. Why are the media pushing this agenda, l am becoming more aware of skin tone and it never registered before..also notice that media are promoting segregation as well..black walking groups black gardening groups and black music awards.
