The fact the wealthy US, UK and EU left-wing have ignored this farmers poverty and protest until the last weeks, when it's become politically beneficial to them to oppose the government reforms and perpetuate the poverty and isolation of India's fantastic farmers, is all the evidence you need of their motivation and arrogance. As for the judicial response, not the government's, does India have a corrupt police and judiciary? Oh definitely. Which country doesn't? Should this left-wing fabricated protestor media star have been arrested? If she broke Indian law.... Yes. Western environmental protestors have been arrested for similar acts. In the UK you could be looking at a charge of conspiracy or incitement if you helped write/distribute material designed to generate violent protest.
