I know teachers who have been fired for exercising their First Amendment rights via freedom of Expression while they are not working because it was discovered they posted "dirty pics" on certain adult websites. What does their private life while "off the clock" have to do with their ability to teach? Nothing! But parents are enraged that teachers weren't asexual beings with no social life, so the woman I know was fired because it was not acceptable behavior for a teacher. So yes; Disney - an employer - warned their employee that certain behavior in the employee's personal life could cause them to lose their job. The employee was warned multiple times, ignored company policy, and their contract was not renewed. You suggest that suffering consequences from management because if things tangential to your specific job is not right
