The logical conclusion of this is that we are only allowed to imagine things that represent reality (i.e. NOT imagination). Surely the intelligent parent will read a story for its enjoyable emotional effect, but later discuss it with the child so that he/she realizes that the story is not a guide on how you should behave. We decide too much what kids should read. We give them a picture of a perfect world. When they grow up they will find the world has many challenges and land up in mess. Follow the middle path and don't kill them. Believe in what the psychologist says but they never 100% true.
