The correct term to use would be abdomen. “Delivered through a cut in the woman’s abdomen and womb”. My wife had similar problem, emergency c-section, then infection, another surgery, blood transfusion. I’ve been told that doctors left some kind of tissue inside the wound during c-section which cause infection, they had to reopen the wound week after c-section. I never been explained what really happened! She is still recovering even after 4 years of giving birth. Grace, how realistically and practically can we do this? With conditions like HSV, many people are asymptomatic. Do we test every healthcare professional everyday for ‘every condition that can be passed on?’
