  Surely much more likely to get continued and repeated exposure for indoor items of clothing that are exposed when not wearing a coat, so wearing a coat or outer layer to mix seems safer to protect internal clothes from being contaminated, even if coat isn't washed everytime surely? Because unless we are aiming a fan or hairdryer at it we aren't touching or interacting with the coat or outer layer inside our home. When I was nursing years ago all our uniforms were washed on site. You weren’t allowed to take them home at all. I later worked in a hospice and we took uniforms home to wash in water soluble bags that could go in the washing machine. Anybody would think it was something new cross infection on clothing!   Sadly in my experience their are managers who haven’t evolved alongside HRM and believe “it’s not my job”. Good luck to him.  So IT is contracted and outsourced, creating potential risk for hackers to infiltrate, wannacry here it comes. No HR, what and who manages employee engagement and employee relations, what about employee policies, it's free for all, I am guessing. Politics must be off the roof . There were really bad HR departments run badly, like my last high street retailer - you call to make genuine grievance and file a report in confidence - they don't treat it with confidentiality instead called the person being complained about also their boss - and gave them a heads up then harassment started before anything was done or paperwork filed. To be fair 90% of IT work is finding the answers on Google.

  If the virus is only one year old, and the vaccine only two months old, It must be at least another 7 months before any newborn can come from a vaccinated parent.   My neighbor is completely against all forms of vaccination and believes some vaccine (whose "name/use against" I don't remember) is a main cause of child autism.. is she and hundreds if not thousands like her going to be condemned for their opinion? This is click bait at best and at worst a go at increasing the page's social media interaction. This is so wrong. Some people can’t for medical reasons have it like myself I’ve been invited but ignored all the messages after some previous reactions to vaccinations. Talk about discrimination. I’d have it if someone was liable and able to deal with consequences but no one is prepared to so stopping people doing normal things isn’t.

 The protection of the country and its people is every citizens duty and therefore there is zero free choice in this situation. As for human rights the right to life out ways the right to kill. The last thing they would want is anyone customer or staff being infected by a carrier. Prior to the lockdown one had to provide contact details to enter any bar or restaurant and if you are thought to be under 25 you have to provide identification as it is now.

Worked in a care home, had to have Hepatitis B vaccine. Some countries require HIV status prior to immigration.
