Signs will be posted outside the Library’s Jefferson, Adams and Madison buildings informing readers of the closing and directing them on the best way to enter the Jefferson Building. Once in the Jefferson Building, signs will direct staff and readers to the reading rooms they wish to use. Normal access to the Great Hall and all other sections of the Jefferson Building will resume on Tuesday, May 1. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause our visitors and researchers. The Law Library of the Library of Congress and the American Bar Association (ABA) Division for Public Education will commemorate Law Day with a panel discussion on “Perspectives on Childhood and the Law.”
