You're saying the 'system' failed him, but the 'system' reached out to him many times. I'm sorry, but a man does not drop down to the weight of a child in the space of a few weeks. What else could the 'system' do when his own family weren't supporting him? Kirsty Hague this could happen to anyone . I don’t have any family at all if I got ill there is literally no one to check up on me other than friends and if I socially isolate myself they soon stop checking too. This happens a lot.
